Wales & West Pontypridd House

Contract details

Ian Williams work with Wales & West Housing Association providing Cyclical Decorations to their housing stock in a ten year partnership agreement. During a five week programme we have repainted all the communal areas and used Fire Resistant Paint on all doors within a retirement housing scheme at Pontypridd House in Cardiff. Residents were fully engaged in the process and attended a colour selection evening where they took full ownership of the future look and feel of the internal spaces within their scheme. Our team who were invited back for a luxury fish and chip supper were Foreman, Jeoff Philips, Dave Evans and apprentice Paul Lucas. They were thanked by the residents and Manager Maureen Rowlands for “A nice experience making it easy and pleasant for all the residents and staff involved.” The scheme comprises of 39 flats for age 60 years plus residents
