Contract details

Ian Williams are partnered with Severnvale Housing Association on a 3 year cyclical painting and repairs contract valued at approximately £300,000 a year. We provided services to around 3,500 properties running within the Tewkesbury, Gloucester and Cheltenham areas which include sheltered housing and student accommodation. A wide range of works were undertaken ranging from external repairs and redecorations to internal redecoration of communal areas. We used specialist fire retardant coatings on this contract. We have also attended, donated to and sponsored a number of Severnvale community days. We are also committed to the regular delivery of community projects whereby we offer our painting services free of charge to any local community areas.
