Surface Preparation: As this was a new-build project, minimal preparation was required. Minor filling and caulking were carried out, primarily on skirtings in the rooms.

Mist Coat Application: A mist coat was applied to all new surfaces, ensuring proper adhesion for the full decoration process.

Painting and Finishing: o Ceilings: Two full coats of Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt o Walls: Two full coats of Dulux Trade Diamond Matt for durability o Skirtings: Dulux Trade Satinwood for rooms, excluding woodwork in corridors.
