Wrekin Housing Trust Decorations

The Wrekin Housing Trust is one of the largest social housing providers in the Midlands with almost 12,000 homes for rent across Shropshire and Staffordshire. Their portfolio includes everything from apartments in well-established residential areas to town houses and family homes in both rural and town locations. We have a long-term contract with Wrekin Housing to undertake external works to their housing stock of flats, bungalows, maisonettes and houses. The contract encompasses pre-paint repair works and decorations to their property stock across the Midlands, including doors, sheds, fascias, windows & walls, gutters, timber doors & windows, repointing and cladding PVCu. Wrekin Housing’s portfolio is spread across a large geographical area, including residential houses and blocks of flats across throughout the Midlands. As part of our programming we notify all residents at least two weeks prior to commencing work on site.
