Originally built in 1924, the Grade II listing building is part of The Crown Estate's refurbishment plans for Regent Street.
FH Harvey UK Ltd have carried out all of the painting, decorating, resin flooring and finishing work across the 44 luxury apartments including all communal and back of house areas.
