Orbit Housing - External and Internal Redecorations
Bagnalls have recently completed the external and part internal redecoration to Oakfield House,
Leamington Spa on behalf of Orbit Housing.
The work involved the complete external redecoration of rendered surfaces, doors, frames, balcony
railings as well as the internal redecoration of the lounge, entrance lobby and toilets.
The site is a retirement complex and all work was completed to an agreed programme of work with the
residents to ensure we didn’t impact on the daily activities of the site.
Where mobile elevated working platforms were used to enable operatives to gain access to high level
surfaces, adequate signage and barriers were placed around the working area to protect the public.
As a Dulux Connect Partner, all surfaces were prepared and re-painted as per the specification
received from Dulux.
