Kingsdale Group - External Redecorations
Bagnalls recently completed the full redecoration to all external surfaces including Windows, Fascia, Gables, Fencing, railings, Lampposts and steel bollards plus the communal lounges to Rosedale Gardens. The works consisted of 26 Bungalows plus all perimeter assets.
A full Inspection of the site was undertaken before any works commenced. The maintenance work which was carried out prior to painting involved general repairs to fascia boards, soffits and guttering and repairs to doors and windows. All repairs where highlights and completed before we started our programme of works.
Bagnalls contacted the tenants prior to attending their properties to carry out any works. This was done through our Contracts Manager who notified them with an initial letter drop two weeks prior to the start date, which explained who we were and what week we planned to carry out the works. We adapted our services to accommodate elderly couples, families with young children, residents with disabilities etc. Regular visits from our site management made sure every tenant felt happy and up to date with progress.
The specification was put together by Dulux and consisted of using the follow products, Dulux Trade Ulimate Woodstain, Dulux Trade Metalshield Gloss, Cuprinol Quick Drying Cladding and Fence Opaque.
