The Crescent and the Villas, Bristol - Painting & Maintenance
Jones Building Group has completed the cleaning of the external façade of the building including the painting of various areas along with the general maintenance at The Crescent and The Villas.
The cleaning was carried out off of MEWPs. The render coat is a plastic system with also brought its only problems, low pressure and no heat. Therefore careful scrubbing of heavily soiled areas was required. On completion certain areas were identified and painted.
