101 Cleveland Street
101 Cleveland is a trio of 3 buildings ranging between 3 and 9 storeys.
Cleveland is a collection of 88 boutique styled apartments, consisting of One, Two and Three bedrooms in a contemporary style fit out.
This building also has 4 luxury penthouses overlooking the city of London.
Each Penthouse decorated to the highest standard with paint, wallpapers and polished plaster.
Cleveland street offers its residents a full suite of hotel style amenities, such as a Private Dining, Residents lounge, Bar, and not forgetting the Gym and Wellness suite.
The smallest of blocks consisting of 15 units for affordable living was decorated using Dulux water based eggshell to all walls and ceilings.
The remaining 2 blocks were finished in a neutral pallet in Dulux durable flat matt, and diamond eggshell, whilst the corridors have a darker tone, khaki walls and almost Navy like joinery, added with low level lighting gives the most exquisite feel.
Within the amenity facilities and corridors, a subtle grass paper has been installed to adjacent walls to compliment the painted finishes.
The apartments were fully plastered, and above each feature wall is a set of down lights, which highlighted all the imperfections of a hand applied finish.
Whilst British standards had come in to play, the client was adamant that that particular wall had to look perfect, and therefore had more work carried out on it than any other wall within.
We had to work closely with the plaster and the client to ensure these walls were of the highest standard ensuring that each wall was handed over individually.
As well as all the show piece areas we did complete back of house areas too consisting of bike stores, bins stores and plant rooms.
Walls were sealed with a clear in colour sealer, or painted, using a Dulux weather shield in a concrete grey.
Floors were also painted using Armstead anti slip.
