Situated just outside Reading Station, this development consists of 598 homes across two buildings

 The project includes 64 studio apartments, 276 one-bedroom units, 248 two-bedroom units, and 11 three-bedroom apartments.

Our scope of works comprised the full internal decoration of all apartments, utilising Dulux Diamond Matt for walls and ceilings, and Dulux Diamond Eggshell for all joinery. Feature walls were applied to all bedrooms, enhancing the overall interior aesthetic.

Additional areas of interest included the amenity spaces, where a variety of Dulux colour schemes and wallpaper finishes were used to create distinctive and high-quality communal environments.

Further works included the setting out and application of specialist coatings to cycle store floors, ensuring durability, safety, and clear demarcation for users. These finishes were designed to withstand heavy usage while maintaining a clean and functional appearance.
