Located on the site of the former Huntley & Palmers Biscuit Factory beside the River Kennet in Reading,  This mixed-tenure development delivers over 700 new homes, offering a diverse range of accommodation including contemporary apartments, bespoke loft-style penthouses, ground floor houses, and duplexes. The scheme is further enhanced by thoughtfully designed public spaces, including two new squares, a linear park, as well as a café and restaurant, creating a well-balanced and thriving community.

Our works comprised the application of Dulux Supermatt white to all walls and ceilings, with all joinery finished in Satinwood white to achieve a clean, durable, and high-quality finish throughout.

A standout feature of the project is the “Huntley Wharf” block signage, which was carefully decorated using stenciling techniques and finished with a breathable, weather-resistant coating to ensure both longevity and visual impact.
