Summer 2015 saw the completion of another student accommodation redecoration project at the University of Bath.

This was the largest scheme undertaken to date with 10 blocks each over four storeys having to be completed during the summer holidays and required a team of 20 to 25 skilled painters to achieve this.

The success and the scale of this project is best summerised in a testimonial from the consultants:-

"Just a quick note to say how pleased the University and ourselves are with the work recently completed at Marlborough & Solsbury. It was no minor undertaking to complete almost 500 bedrooms, 500 en-suite bathrooms, 90 kitchens and all external elevations within 12 weeks. There is always a lot of pressure on everybody to ensure that these projects are completed before the students return and this project has been very successful.
