Eric Wright FM - Cyclical redecorations.
2016-2019, £250,000 per annum
Redecoration of Health Centres, Colleges and Schools across the North West of England.

Our Warrington office has teamed up with Eric Wright Facilities Management to deliver large-scale cyclical painting project putting value, customer choice and the environment at the heart of the works.

Our collaborative approach has already been behind the transformation of facilities in schools, colleges, and health centres.

Eric Wright Facilities Management provides bespoke facilities management solutions for healthcare, educational and commercial facilities. Our Warrington office is nearby the Eric Wright office and our services and policies go hand in hand.

One way in which our partnership is helping to extend life cycles is through the tailored specification of products. This involves the careful selection of paint products for the right type of environment, providing a fit-for-purpose solution that is geared up to the unique needs of an area and ultimately increases life cycles.

We work with Eric Wright to understand know exactly how each building is used. We then combine our knowledge to make sure the right product is applied in the right way to the right place.

By looking at buildings individually, rather than as part of a whole scheme, this means bespoke painting plans are drawn up to make sure high-end products are used only and precisely where they are needed. Zoning buildings in this way means we can take the usual five-year decorating schedules up to seven or eight years.

The Key Performance Indicators we benchmark our own operations and supply chain against are as follows:

- Quality – Zero Defects.
- Customer Satisfaction.
- Works completed on time.
- Value for Money.
- Efficiency.
- After Sales Performance.

Added Value: Alongside our multi-trade team of operatives, we also employed apprentice painters to work on this contract as part of our commitment to our recruitment initiative to employ 1 apprentice for every £1 million turnover.
