CLC began working in partnership with LiveWest in 2009 after being awarded an external and internal redecoration, repairs and maintenance contract with them. Since then, we have been awarded a contract extension due to our performance.
The precise scope of the works include internal and external decoration of occupied properties, including communal areas, and sheltered accommodation. Pre-paint repair works are sometimes required including guttering, fascia and internal plaster repairs, particularly prior to painting.
We carry out the works using our own in-house team of qualified operatives, completing works to over 2000 properties per annum.
