Cyclical Decoration and repair to external housing stock including internal communal decoration. Orbit Housing own and maintain in the region of 40,000 homes across the UK with its largest housing stocks in the Midlands, South and East.
We partnered with Orbit Group to work on upgrading its portfolio of 40,000 properties with cyclical decoration and external repairs to their housing stock. The works also included internal communal decorations.
The number of properties varies from location-to-location and includes high rise and low rise properties, sheltered accommodation and supported living schemes.
We are currently scoring over 99.3% for customer satisfaction, with more than 9.5 out of 10 rating our quality as very good, on average.
Over the past 12 months we have carried out approximately 900 decorations works to the project.
