Central Contractors Ltd was contracted by the main project contractor Winvic Construction Ltd to redecorate The Almere in Milton Keynes. This multi-room building comprises 294 high-quality one, two and three-bedroom apartments in Aubrey Place in the heart of the city centre.
Our scope of works involved:
Painting and Decorating
Paper Hanging
Specialist metal coating to handrail and balustrades
Total of 294 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments
2 amenity’s areas
Over 150,000 m2 of walls and ceilings
Average onsite labour force of 15 men
