High-end fit-out bringing a new lease of life into a Grade II listed office building.

Overlooking Green Park, 117 Piccadilly is a beautiful, listed building made up of Portland stone, featuring 5 storeys and a basement. Internally, the building was in need of updating to stay competitive in the London office market and to attract new tenants.

CCS were contracted to carry out completed decorations internally and externally to maximise the lettable floor space and enhance the appearance of the building.

Internal decorations of six floors

Extensive internal structural alterations were required to achieve the desired spaces.

All finishes were maximised to create Grade A office space.

Externally, we carried out a thorough extensive refurbishment of the windows, to enhance the appearance of the windows and shutters.

Protecting the buildings historic and architectural significance

The building sits within the City of Westminster and Mayfair Conservation area and is subject to regulations which protect its unique character.
