221 Apartment Doors and Frames at Hagley Road Village: The Extracare Charitable Trust

We were awarded the contract to carry out the painting of 221 Apartment Doors and Frames at Hagley Road Retirement Village. We had a proposed programme of working in sequence. However after a few days on site realised this was unachievable due to residents availability. Our Painting Supervisor and Working foreman ran the job brilliantly by letter dropping and verbal communication to carry out the works at the residents convenience and achieved the completion on programme.
