Monkton Priory CP Primary School - Giving back to our community
On August 18th, a small team of four plus our companies director, Mr Adam Johnson dedicated themselves and conducted a charitable project for Monkton Priory CP Primary School, a school in an deprived area that was in need of some support. The project involved the clearance of trees, fencing, an old decking area and grading off of school grounds that were causing hazards and making the school grounds less safe and usable. The team not only cleared the site, but also leveled and graded the ground, making it ready for regeneration.
In addition, they helped with other small projects around the school site like cleaning up the football field; cutting back overgrown weeds, nettles, trees, tidying the climbing frame area – some minor painting and repair works and more. The project was a huge success.
Our team worked tirelessly and selflessly, providing their expertise and labour completely unpaid. Despite this, they remained motivated and committed throughout the entire project, driven by a passion for helping the community and making a difference.
Through their hard work and dedication, our team was able to transform the school's grounds into a safer and more usable space for the students and staff. The school administration and community were immensely grateful for the work that was done, and we were proud to have been a part of such a meaningful project.
At Priory Property Maintenance, we believe in giving back to the community and supporting underprivileged schools and institutions whenever possible. We were honored to have been able to provide our services to Monkton Priory CP Primary School and to make a positive impact on the lives of its students and staff.
