One of three office buildings arranged over three floors with an office space of 30,000 square feet, this prestigious building received a full refurbishment to create a modern and contemporary feel.

The three office areas had a full make over to all surfaces which also included the communal and reception areas and two external staircases.

Works were carried out over a three-month period and within the timescale set out by the main contractor whom was very pleased with the final result and a delighted client.
