Project Overview

Pembroke & Bull were appointed by Silverman Group to carry out the complete decoration works for Salamon, a new boutique store located in the heart of Soho. The refurbishment required a high-end finish reflective of the brand’s identity, achieved through careful coordination and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Scope of Works

  • Full internal decoration to retail and back-of-house areas

  • Use of Dulux Trade Paints for premium finish and durability

  • Coordination with multiple trades within a confined retail space

  • Works delivered through both day and night shifts to maintain programme deadlines

Challenges & Solutions

Operating within a compact retail unit presented challenges in access and coordination, as multiple trades worked simultaneously to meet the client’s opening date. Through careful scheduling, flexible working hours, and strong communication, our team ensured progress remained on track without compromising on quality.
