The purpose of this correspondence is to congratulate you on your team of painters, headed by Kenny who carried out the recent decoration at the above Court. They are wonderful ambassadors for your company. They may not have been the fastest workers but they were never anything other than polite to both me and all the staff. They were wonderful with our residents, many of whom have severe communications problems. They displayed patience a respect towards everyone, ever mindful of the fact that they were working in that person’s home.

Please thank all your staff on my behalf and again well done to Bell Group for their investment in young people, they often get a raw deal.
