Residential Development of the CO-OP - Coventry
This project which saw the transformation of the old CO OP building in Coventry into 63 luxury 1 and 2 bed apartments including 3 retail units. It has been really well received with the project being shortlisted for a top architectural award by RIBI.
The project had a tight timeline which involved Opus being very proactive in programme management and identifying areas we could access to bring the project along. Towards the end of the project we had 16 decorators on the job working around the clock to achieve our programme targets set.
