A Cat B project that was completed over 5 floors. This project was delivered in a tight timeline and to a very high standard. Due to this, the Opus team had to remain flexible, proactive and at times patient.
Each floor was taken back to the shell and Opus worked hand in hand with the main contractor in bringing the project forward.
The high quality finish was achieved with great attention to detail and the efficient sequencing of works. The remaining floors of the building were occupied therefore consideration had to be given at all times to tenants.
