Our contribution HouseForce carried out the full external redecoration of the Cudham Hall site. The works included use of MEWPs for safe and suitable access, Timber repairs to rotten and damaged windows, frames, veranda and Balcony areas. The detailed cleaning and treatment of the main building for mould and algae, repainting all masonry. Our main focus
  • Completing the works on time.
  • Completing the works to budget and the client’s high standards and the standards of English-Heritage
  • Stabilise the existing masonry paint following the failure of previous decoration works.
  • To ensure detailed cleaning of mould and algae due to building location and weather facing.
  • Use of heritage specified materials, including wetahershield high exposure paints and hardwood timber repairs. As specified by Dulux paint surveyor. Property Details

  • List Entry Number: 1064356 Circa 1850. The central portion is of 2 storeys stuccoed. Hipped slate-roof with 3 curved dormers. 5 cambered sashes set in Italianate architraves. Stringcourse. Long and short quoins. Pedimented porch with 2 Roman Ionic columns. On the right-hand side there is a wing of 2 storeys and 2 window bays in similar style. To the left there is a wing of 2 storeys and 4 window bays in matching style. These sashes are not cambered.
