Located in the heart of London, in-between Moorgate and St Paul’s, lies Gresham Street. The street is home to big businesses such as the headquarters of Lloyd’s Banking Group and so the expert team at BSPS were called upon for a fit out of an office building.

The team stripped out existing partitions and ceilings as well as fixtures and fittings along with the switches and sockets, pipework and electrical cabling within the ceiling and floor. New lighting was installed including new controls, sprinkler modifications and a fire alarm system.

The environmentally friendly team took care to recycle all carpet lifted from the building as well as the plasterboard from existing partitions which were re-used to form the new ceiling rafts. The existing doors were even upcycled to create brand new, bespoke furniture.

All work was completed while the building was in use and the team delivered to a tight timescale ensuring that all safety measures were in place during the COVID-19 pandemic
