Various areas throughout the Stirling University campus. Nature of work - Internal and external redecoration to buildings throughout the campus, including Lecture Theatres, Tutorial Rooms and Student Accommodation.

Programme - original duration and actual duration 5 years – original term contract. Now we have been working with this client for 15 years.

Stirling University are happy with our performance and working relationship, hence having worked with them for 15 years.

Key challenges overcome - Working around the large number of students on campus at any one time, for example decorating corridors that are constantly in use. To this end, we use wet paint signs as well as programming our works, allowing us to decorate areas when they are quiet. In addition to this, the heavy flow of traffic throughout the campus can make working outside hazardous. By using appropriate access equipment and providing training for our operatives, we can minimise any disruption to students and staff, as well as reducing any chance of an accident / damage to personal belongings.

Health & Safety Statistics - To date we have had no accidents and no near misses on site.

Client Satisfaction - High – as shown by our length of time on site.

Size of Site Team - Varies between 2 painters during winter months and up to 20 painters during the summer when student accommodation blocks are being painted.
