Midland Heart Housing Association

Early 2009 Bell Group UK opened a new branch based in Newark upon Trent covering all regions within the Midlands. One of the major contracts that this branch is undertaking is on behalf of Midland Heart Housing Association. This client has committed to a 5 year partnering agreement with Bell Group with a possible extension of a further 2 years.

Works undertaken include cyclical external decoration and pre-paint repairs covering areas such as; Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, and Milton Keynes and Nuneaton. Also, upon request from the client we carry out various internal communal decoration works; we communicate closely with Andy Baggott from Dulux for specifications to ensure the client achieves a good quality finish.

The contract is in year one, however, feed back from the client to date is positive and we will be aiming to maintain our standards at the highest possible level at all times.
