Conversion of a 1901 (120 year old) industrial building into luxury apartment complex.
Phase 1 comprises of 181no. 2 & 3 bed apartments, large underground carpark, reception areas and meeting rooms.
Products used onsite have been, Armstead contract matt, Armstead acrylic eggshell, oil based eggshell, Dulux metal shield, Armstead smooth masonry and all sundries supplied by Dulux.
This project has been a challenging one with the share size of the job, number of various trades on site and time restraints but with good organisation and a great team we are due to finish on time.
This project has gone so well that we have been invited back for the next phase which is due to start immediately.
