North Stoneham Park – Highwood Group
Cosgrove Painting Contractors have been extremely fortunate to be a part of the above project from the outset, working closely with our valued client Highwood for 5 years.
Built by Highwood, the leading south coast developer and Housebuilder of the Year 2019, the Park was crowned Development of the Year (Residential – Large) in 2018 at the South Coast Property Awards by judges who knew the Park offered something special.
Our competitive tendering has allowed us to decorate 454 homes & 135 flats across 7 phases. To further strengthen our working relationship with Highwood, we were also awarded the decorating packages on two further developments within the area known as the Local Centre. This is home to a day nursery, café and a community centre offering a community hall, youth room, health space and meeting rooms, and an additional block of 26 retirement apartments.
Within a stones throw from our suppliers Dulux at Eastleigh and Hedge End, we have been able to consistently reach Highwoods’ busy (and sometimes demanding) programmes, and have worked with them closely to provide an excellent product.
