Newland Homes, Bedminster Downs, Bristol
Following the successful completion of the Amberley Development in Yate for Newland Homes, Colour Craft SW Ltd were awarded the painting contract for The Old Pump House in Bedminster Down, Bristol.
All flats and communal areas were completed to a high standard using Dulux Trade products, including Dry Wall Primer Sealer, Super Matt, Quick Dry Wood Primer Undercoat and Satinwood.
Subtle colours and feature wallpapers give a very homely feel, along with the styling and dressing by the interior design company.
All materials were delivered to site by the local Dulux Decorator Centre.
The Newland Homes site has since been awarded a LABC Warranty Site Recognition Award for the consistent quality of workmanship shown at the site.
