Early in 2009 Bell Group UK opened a new branch based in Newark Upon Trent covering all regions within the Midlands.

One of the major contracts that this branch is involved with is Midland Heart Housing Association. This client has committed to a 5 year partnering agreement with Bell Group UK with a possible extension of a further 2 years.

Works undertaken on behalf of the Association include cyclical external decoration and pre-paint repairs covering areas such as Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Milton Keynes and Nuneaton.

Also, upon request from the client we carry out various internal communal decoration works and communicate closely with Andy Baggott from Dulux for advice on specifications to ensure that the client achieves a good quality finish.

This contract is only in year one, however, all feed back to date from the client is positive and our aim is to maintain our standards at the highest possible level at all times.
