Bell Group UK Leeds office has worked with Jephson Housing Association Group in the North of England for the last 5 years under a partnering arrangement; we are delighted to report that we are to continue to work with Jephson Housing Association under a framework agreement for next 4 years.

Works undertaken on behalf of the Association include the cyclical painting and pre paint repairs at the majority of their schemes. Jephson Housing Association stated that they found Bell Group to be very professional whilst remaining approachable to their residents.

We attained a very high percentage satisfaction rate every year; rated by the residents, and have consistently been high scoring on Jephson’s KPIs.

Bell Group has been very helpful in recommending suitable products from the Dulux range, and we have all worked closely with Philip Gledhill, our ICI representative in the North.
