This Project lasted three years and included nearly all aspects of decorating from new construction to restoration of historic features to the highest standard.
Perhaps the most notable area of the building is the selection of private rooms on the first floor which are each restored to their original design. They encompass not only fine decorating but also french polishing, special effects decorating and floor sanding and polishing.
For this project, the main contractor was Chorus Group PLC and was our largest so far at the time at £1.6 Million.
After its re-opening, a television program was made by the BBC documenting the restoration and renovation of this historic landmark building.
