Fursecroft, London W1
The Fursecroft common parts and foyer areas have now been completely handed over to the client.
All existing flat entrance doors have been upgraded to current fire regulations and the common parts have had fire compartmentation and fire stopping works carried out. All areas were also fully rewired, replastered, redecorated and carpeted.
The foyers are looking nice and sharp upon completion. The work carried out in the foyer consisted of rewiring, new marble underheated floors and a bespoke desk, leather clad lifts, wood veneer wallpaper panels and new cornice/lighting details
