Baxter & Gillespie successfully secured the Ames taping, decoration and hygienic coatings package by successful tendering and a series of interviews.

The value of the contract was approx. £1M with a programme of 12 months. The contract was completed on time and both Balfour Beatty and their client (Glasgow Health Board) were delighted with the quality of workmanship which was handed over with zero defects.

Our strategy on site of introducing three supervisors ensured control of our labour, quality and handovers and led to a very successful project. This was our second hospital project with Balfour Beatty and our relationship continues to grow.
