Eaton Square, SW1

Since late 2008, we have been involved in subsequent large projects to repair and redecorate residential, occupied properties around Eaton Square, SW1.

We have worked to minimise the impact on residents and communicate throughout the project to keep them updated and reassure them whilst we are on site. The works involve overseeing the project as Principal Contractor and working alongside specialist subcontracting companies to complete the renovation on time and within the contract sum.

In May 2010 we were awarded both a Gold award and a National Award for Most Considerate Site for our works to 50—62 Eaton Square.
