Magenta Living is the largest registered housing provider in the Wirral and is a not-for-profit organisation, owning and managing 13,000 properties. Employing 500 staff, Magenta Living makes a significant impact as a local employer.
Trident has a proven track record of delivering Class 0 Fire Retardant Coating Systems and fire upgrades, combined with estate improvement projects across the housing sector, demonstrating to Magenta Living that we were the right people for the job.
We were very pleased to secure this 12 month contract with Magenta Living, providing fire door set replacement using FD30 doors; Class 0 Flame Retardant (Timonox) Coatings; fire stopping; new signage; upgrade of metal balustrades with stainless steel and glass; improved flooring; new security entrance doors; new glass facades; new lighting; removal of external concrete canopies; and new paving.
We worked closely with Magenta Living to ensure that we completed the scope of works to the highest quality standards whilst keeping the disruption caused to the tenants to an absolute minimum through implementing flexible working and our robust customer care processes and procedures.
To ensure we achieved the highest standards of quality, Trident’s Site Supervisor completed daily quality reviews and met weekly with Magenta Living’s surveying team to ensure we were completing works to the satisfaction of both the client and their tenants.
