Miller House - Thrive Office Space (Sterling Properties)

Sterling Properties, a leading property management agent covering all areas of the North West, were looking for an experienced and reliable contractor to provide a modern bespoke Thrive office space containing 37 individual offices with a high specification kitchen, dining area, break out rooms, meeting rooms and a gym.

Miller House was a three-storey shell of a building when first acquired by Sterling Properties and was in dire need of a complete modern fit-out throughout, to an extremely high finish to meet the exacting standards of Thrive office customers. All Thrive office buildings have a unique look and feel and offer suites that range from one to two-man starter offices to suites able to accommodate much larger teams.

The building was a hive of activity which required careful planning, with particular attention to health and safety, and regular reviews to ensure that the project was completed on time, within the agreed budget and causing as little disruption as possible to the building users and other trades on-site.

We allocated a dedicated and highly trained team of quality trades operatives to the project who carefully coordinated with specialist M&E contractors, flooring and glazing specialists working on-site at the same time, and ensured that each completed area was appropriately protected until handover to the customer.

Our site management team worked with Thrive and Sterling Properties management to deliver a unique bespoke office complex for the modern day, including all the amenities office workers expect from a modern building. The design, decoration and colours chosen were the signature colours of Thrive and created a modern, fresh and bold looking space.
