Appointed in 2003 to what was initially a three year contract, TCL are now in their thirteenth year with Chelmer Housing Partnership providing a range of services focusing on their cyclical decorations and Planned Maintenance Programmes.

A key driver in appointing TCL was our experience in working within resident’s homes across all work-streams and our understanding of the importance of providing a high quality service that meets the individual needs of all resident social groups

We continue to generate high levels of resident and client satisfaction which have contributed to the huge success of the programme.
