The main contractor for this project was Speller Metcalfe Ltd.

We worked in a live environment with time frames to suit the college’s requirements. This project tested both the main contractor and all associated subcontract trades and their organisational skills. We used Dulux metal shield, vinyl matt and gloss systems.
