What was our client looking for?
Enterprise Inns is a UK leased and tenanted Pub Company with over 7,500 Public Houses and Inns across England and Wales. They were looking for a reliable painting company to provide an external repairs and redecoration service. Mitie was selected because of our ability to deliver projects covering a large geographical area as well as our fantastic track record on similar projects.

How did we help?
Firstly, our team had to put together a detailed works programme for every Enterprise Inn outlet in England. As each pub is leased, our teams made contact with the pub managers to arrange access and to facilitate the works. All the pubs had to continue trading whilst the works were in progress so we based our Health and Safety risk assessments and method statements on operational conditions to include staff, customers and other stakeholders. Health and Safety is a top priority for Mitie and on-going within our organisation.

The results
Enterprise Inns and Pubs across England have been given a fresh, new look thanks to the Mitie Team. This is the start of a long-term partnership with Enterprise Inns. The key to success on this project was good communication. Enterprise Inns benefited from having a single point of contact on this project. Through a good working relationship our client was kept up-to-date on a weekly basis with progress, ensuring that the works were completed on time, within budget and defect-free.
