LFHA was looking for a reliable and experienced contractor to deliver all painting and decoration works as required to their housing stock, over a 4-year contract period.
Mitie’s painting division was selected as the best people for the job after demonstrating our previous experience in the social housing sector and offering value for money.
Works were to include the painting to approximately 800 properties each year including doors, windows, fascias, soffits and fencing. Internal painting to consist of communal areas and communal centres, including wallpapering.
