Mannings Harlequin Ltd are a recently formed company from the merger of two major painting contractors from the South West of England

E.J . Mannings was a very well known, long established painting contractor specialising in renovation and construction works for many PLC company's such as BAM & Skanska

Harlequin was a large well known painting company specialising in new build projects for company's like Persimmon

Both sets of Directors recognised that the painting contractural market was changing whereby the need to set up a "one stop shop" was key in the decision making policy of their major clients, who did not want to have to select different painting contractors for their various contracts that they awarded.

Mannings Harlequin was therefore formed in early 2012 and has gone on to become a company that is growing far beyond the expectations of the original dream of the Directors.
