Lucas painting teams have completed a large and comprehensive painting programme on a building known as 'Sky Central' at the Osterley Campus of BSkyB for the construction manager Mace.
Sky Central forms part of the broader redevelopment of the campus. It is a mixed use building of office space, studios, production and research and development facilities.
We have undertaken a year-long painting programme including applying specialist protective resin coatings in plant rooms and back-of-house areas, the blacking out of visible galvanised services above suspended ceilings with our multi-surface paint (MSP), and a comprehensive high quality decorations package throughout the building.
Our painting teams provided an impeccable service, working during the night where necessary to allow other trades to complete their packages and ensure our programme was completed on time.
Lucas has already successfully delivered a comprehensive range of fit out and finishing packages at the Osterley Campus for the Believe in Better Building and the Sky Meeting Centre.
