St Mary's Island

Britain’s only planned new island community, St Mary’s Island is a development of national and regional significance. Located on the site of the former Royal Naval Dockyard, St Mary’s Island has been transformed by Countryside in partnership with Homes England to create a new mixed-tenure community of some 1,700 new homes across 150 acres. Keylon were contracted to carry out the internal decorating for houses apartments across a number of blocks and plots providing a further 132 homes, thereby completing this unique 26 year long regeneration scheme.
