John Martin Painting was established in 1993 and predominantly do a mixture of New Build schemes and Social Housing schemes across the North West of England.
New Build Apartments and Hotels have been our most popular type of schemes over the last 5 years working for Main Contractors such as Renaker Build, Sir Rober McAlpine, Bowmer and Kirkland, Galliford Try, Keepmoat and John Sisk.
With the ever changing Manchester Skyline our work has moved more towards the New Build sector developing these large apartment schemes.
Alongside these large schemes we also do a lot of work for some local authorities working on both external and internal refurbishment schemes in and around Manchester.
We mainly undertake larger schemes usually £10k plus upto and over £1 million in value.

We are able to offer advice on specifications particularly where cost engineering is required to fit in with the clients budget.
