St Peter's School, York - Cyclical maintenance painting

Founded by St Paulinus of York in the year AD 627, the school was originally based at York Minster. It is the third oldest school in the UK and the fourth oldest in the world.  Bagnalls has a long-standing working relationship at St Peters spanning over 25 years and in that time we have probably painted everything there at least once! We have undertaken redecoration works in the Chapel, the Memorial Hall and the school gymnasium as well as the complete external redecorations of the main school buildings and annual maintenance painting to the classrooms, all to a strict Dulux specification. It is imperative that we maintain excellent standards of housekeeping as St Peters is a very busy school and our work is programmed alongside the numerous educational activities the school plays host to.  Every year Bagnalls dedicates a team of craftsmen painters led by the same foreman to St Peters school.  Directly employing all of our operatives enables us to provide them with the same friendly faces that they have grown to trust over the years.  Our foreman, with his expansive experience and knowledge of the school, plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all works are completed to programme and specification with the added flexibility to change the necessary labour resources if required.
